我們處理哪些資料

Data We Process
The app stores card data on your device and, when iCloud is enabled, syncs it through Apple CloudKit. AI processing sends a card image through Firebase Cloud Functions to Google cloud AI services and returns the result to the app.
Card images and recognition results may include names, companies, job titles, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, websites, tax or registration numbers, and other text printed on a card.
AI Quota and Purchase Data
The app uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication for an anonymous session. To prevent an initial AI quota from being reset by reinstalling the app or changing that session, the server verifies an Apple-signed App Transaction and derives a one-way hash from its stable identifier and StoreKit environment. We may retain necessary session, quota, product, transaction, refund/reversal state, and quota-event records.
Third-Party Services
The app uses Apple iCloud/CloudKit, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Functions, App Check, Analytics, Crashlytics, Google cloud AI services, and Apple StoreKit.
Tracking and Advertising
The app does not use advertising identifiers, does not use data for cross-app or cross-site tracking, and does not sell personal data.
Retention and Deletion
Card data is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud/CloudKit container. Firebase retains records needed for quota, purchases, refunds, duplicate prevention, product analytics, crash reports, and performance diagnostics. Firestore and backend logs do not retain card images, OCR text, contact fields, or AI recognition responses. Use the support page for deletion requests.
